Freediving is a way of life, and there are countless reasons to take that first big breath and dive into the deep. Some of us want to explore the underwater world, its colourful coral reefs and marine ecosystems, some of us hope to encounter majestic whales and playful dolphins. Whilst others view freediving as a way to slow down a frantic pace of life.
